Joseph Williamson

Joseph Williamson possesses more than twenty years of experience in the field of international healthcare consulting, education, and training. His primary area of focus is with Hospital Groups in Africa and the Caribbean, where he evaluates clinical gaps in protocols and assesses medical educational needs. He designs and develops educational strategic learning programs that are tailored to improve early diagnosis and management of maternal-fetal health issues and diagnostic imaging.

He is renowned for his exceptional patient experience seminars for international medical departments, utilizing the “Patient Centered Care” model. Joseph obtained his Bachelor of Science in Medicine degree from Sandford University College located in Washington DC, USA. He subsequently pursued a fellowship in High-Risk Maternal Fetal Medicine at Tufts Teaching Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. His area of expertise lies in fetal cardiology.

He leverages his 35+ years of experience as a medical clinical specialist in diagnostic fetal medicine, high-risk maternal-fetal imaging, interpretation, invasive procedures, and fetal therapy. In addition to leading his consulting and education practice, he currently directs two 24-hour high-volume, multi-functional imaging centers that medically support a host of obstetric, maternal-fetal, invasive, pediatrics/neonatal, perinatal physicians, radiologists, and consultants in the Washington DC area. Joseph has been the key presenter for international health systems such as Cayman Island Health Authority, Barbados Palliative Care Association, IVF Association Nigeria, Jamaica West Indies Mandeville Regional Hospital Systems, and Pinnacle Health Systems in the USA.

Currently, he serves as a consultant and business development lead for the World Bank Africa Healthcare project and the Inteleos medical certification global project in the USA and Africa.
