Dr. Timothy has a master’s degree in medicine (Community Health) and a diploma in Anesthetics. She is a Principal Specialist in Strategic Risk Management at Discovery Health and leads initiatives focused on improving healthcare quality, value-based contracting, and hospital performance measurement. She has published on patient outcomes and healthcare system performance.
