Pudule’s journey in healthcare nursing began in 1998, when she successfully earned her general nursing qualification. Her dedication to continuous skills development inspired her to attain postgraduate qualifications in nursing and to specialize in palliative care nursing. Over the past 33 years, she has explored various avenues of career growth and applied her knowledge and skills across different healthcare services, including community development projects and implementation of various models of palliative care service delivery.
A significant highlight in her career timeline, from 2008 to 2020, was her collaboration with COHSASA and Hospices to contribute to the development and quality review of internationally accredited Standards for Palliative Healthcare Services at the community level. In April 2023, Pudule was appointed Operational Manager at the Palliative Care Centre of Excellence at Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital in Soweto, joining a team of dedicated palliative care specialists.
Pudule is dedicated to contributing to the vision of quality palliative care development, striving to achieve the delivery of measurable patient care outcomes that are both sustainable and replicable across similar healthcare settings nationwide.
