Ronél de Lange is the Quality Assurance Manager at Arwyp Medical Centre, where she has been making a significant impact since 2014. She began her career at Life The Glynnwood before joining SANCA Horizon Alcohol and Drug Centre as Marketing Manager. At Arwyp, she started as a Patient Liaison Officer and, through dedication and expertise, progressed through several roles before being appointed to her current position.
She studied BA Personnel Management at the Rand Afrikaans University and holds a Diploma in Quality Management. In addition, she is certified in Six Sigma White and Yellow Belt, Compliance Management (Basics), and ISO Management System Audit Techniques and Best Practices.
She has been a proud member of MENSA, the International High IQ Society, since 2011. Ronél also brings a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in the healthcare sector, with a strong focus on quality improvement, compliance, and patient-centered excellence.
