Simon Manaka

Simon Manaka holds B.Tech degrees in both Biomedical Technology and Quality Management and a Pg Dip in TQM and Organisational Excellence from Sheffield-Hallam University. He has worked in Saudi Arabia at the Armed Forces Hospital Southern Region as the Laboratory Quality and Safety manager and at the Prince Sultan Military Medical City as Pathology TQM Specialist.

He returned to South Africa and joined the Life Randfontein Rehabilitation / Recovery Centre as Facility Quality manager and was then the Hospital Quality manager at Life Carstenhof / Carstenview Hospital. He has worked with many hospital and laboratory quality management systems both local and international. He is a COHSASA Independent Surveyor.
